Katrina’s love of the arts began at an early age, and the pursuit of creative expression has been a constant throughout her diverse career. She studied at Sarah Lawrence College, received her BFA in Modern Dance at Arizona State University and her MFA in Creative Writing from Antioch University. Her short stories and essays have appeared in literary journals and magazines including Perceptions Literary Magazine and Out Magazine. She is the author and creator of the short story collection Grocery Love, musings of a grocery store connoisseur and Free Run, a memoir set in Napa, CA. Her forthcoming short story collection, Turn on the Light, is due out in 2017.
